Return + Refund Policy
What is your return policy?
We want you to completely satisfied with your purchase from Tiny Maker Mind. If you are unhappy with your blocks for any reason, please contact us within 10 days for a full refund (less shipping charges).
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your blocks for damage, miss-spellings or incorrect items and contact us within five business days to report any problems. Please provide your order confirmation details and a photo of the damage or incorrect items. Damaged items reported five business days or more after delivery may not be eligible for return or replacement.
We reserve the right to deny a refund for any returned item that is no longer in new condition, in its original packaging or missing blocks.
Who pays return shipping?
If your blocks arrive damaged, or you were sent the incorrect blocks, please contact us as soon as possible to report the problem. Tiny Maker Mind will provide further instructions and cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or incorrect shipments. Except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

A refund for returned items will be issued to your original form of payment. If an item was received as a gift, we will issue a gift card to the recipient for the value of the returned item(s). Please include the email address to which you would like the gift card sent.
Refunds and credits are generally processed within seven business days of receipt of your returned merchandise. You will receive an email confirmation of your refund. Please note that it can take a few days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Blocks
Tiny Maker Mind stands behind the quality of all the products we create. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us and include a photo of the damaged or incorrect blocks so that we can make things right. If there are any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us before leaving feedback. We'll be more than happy to resolve any issues. We take pride in offering excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Please note that while wooden toys are far more durable than most plastic toys, they may become scratched or chipped in play. While wooden toys generally last for years when treated with proper care, our toys are not guaranteed against chipping or scratching through play and usage.
